Strategic Marketing Retainers

A senior marketing and sales-enablement function without the overhead — strategy, execution, and BD activation on a predictable monthly retainer.

You shouldn't have to choose between running your business and marketing it — and marketing on its own only goes so far if your sales team aren't using it. Our retainer model gives you a full marketing function and a sales-enablement partner without the overhead of building either in-house. We work with your marketing team on the strategy and the assets, and we sit alongside your sales directors, BD leaders and account managers to make sure those assets actually get used on the phone, in the inbox and in front of customers — turning content into conversations, and conversations into revenue.

What's included

Process

  1. Onboarding — A structured two-week onboarding to understand your business, goals, brand, sales motion and existing assets — meeting both marketing and sales leadership.
  2. Strategy sprint — We build your first 90-day plan with priorities, channel strategy, content calendar and the sales plays your BD team will run alongside it.
  3. Monthly execution — Your team executes the plan — content, campaigns, social, email — and we run regular sales-enablement sessions so the BD team actively uses what we ship.
  4. Review & optimise — Monthly performance reviews covering both marketing output and sales activity, with clear reporting on pipeline, calls and conversions. We scale what works.

Frequently asked questions

What's included in a retainer?

Strategy, content creation, social media management, email campaigns, paid ads management, sales enablement sessions and monthly reporting. The exact mix depends on your priorities and how much sales-side work is needed.

How much does it cost?

Prices vary depending on what's needed — typically between £1,500 and £3,500/month. We'll scope the right level based on your goals, the size of your sales team and how much execution and BD support is involved.

What's the minimum term?

We ask for a 3-month initial commitment. After that, it's a rolling monthly agreement with 30 days' notice.

Can we increase or decrease scope?

Absolutely. The retainer is designed to flex. We review scope quarterly and adjust based on what's working and what you need across both marketing and sales activation.
