A sharp, hugely driven founder wanted to start a recruitment business in a sector he understood inside-out — but with no recruitment background and a category full of look-alike agencies, the brand had to do a lot of the heavy lifting from day one. Beyond launch, he needed marketing depth he couldn't justify hiring in-house.
